Catterick Racecourse | FAQ's

FAQ’s

Unfortunately, as with most outdoor pursuits, horseracing occasionally finds itself subject to adverse weather conditions and as such Catterick operates a fair abandonment policy in order to manage these occasions, which is as follows,

Before the 1st race – Full refund
Before the 3rd race – 50% refund
After the 3rd race – No refund.

Save money and time by booking ahead. Your tickets will be sent to you in the post or as an e-ticket so you can avoid the queueing on the day.

We offer advance booking discounts on purchases of Grandstand and Paddock tickets online or over the phone up until 48 hours prior to each race day. More information regarding our admission prices can be found here.
