Day Delegate Packages & Room Hire

Our day delegate packages are a great way to book your meeting or conference with us. We offer a range of packages to suit a variety of events and budgets and are also happy to tailor our packages to suit your specific event needs.

All our packages include complimentary parking and free WiFi.

Day Delegate Packages start from £46.60 + VAT per delegate which includes:

• Main meeting room hire
• A dedicated event manager and catering staff on hand throughout your event
• Unlimited tea and coffee
• A choice of lunch menus

Our packages are based on a minimum of 30 delegates. Prices for meetings with less than 30 delegates are available on request (minimum 15 delegates).

We also offer room only hire - please contact the racecourse office for a quote.

Audio Visual Equipment

The Horseshoe Café Bar has the capability to allow you to project a presentation onto our built in LCD TV screens throughout the room. While the Winning Streak Restaurant has a built in retractable 9ft screen.

We also have an 8ft screen which is available to use free of charge with all our Day Delegate and Room Hire Packages. Whilst the following basic conference equipment is also available to hire on site:

• 5k lumen projector: £95 + vat
• Flipchart: £20 + vat

Alternatively, we can provide a full AV hire service and can forward a quotation from our supplier on request. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment, or use your own supplier.
