We’re just a few days away from the final meeting of our 2018 Flat season, which comes to an end on Tuesday 30 October.
It’s been a fantastic season and we’ve enjoyed some thrilling action on the track including INDIA, half-sister to BIG ORANGE being crowned Catterick’s 2018 Twelve Furlong Series Champion and FOOLAAD taking the spoils in the William Hill Catterick Dash!
To round off the Flat Season at Catterick, our champion owner, trainer and jockey will be crowned at the final meeting of the season. The Champion Owner and Trainer series has been kindly sponsored by The Fleece Hotel in Richmond, and each will win dinner, bed and breakfast for two people at The Fleece Hotel.
The Champion Jockey series has been generously sponsored by Millbry Hill Country Store. Throughout the season Millbry Hill have kindly given each winning jockey a £20 vocher to spend at their stores. In addition they have teamed up with Fairfax & Favor to present this seasons Champion Jockey with a voucher for an item of their choice from the Fairfax & Favor range at Millbry Hill.
The competition has been close this year, and remains tight coming into the last fixture – especially for the jockeys title, with just three points between the top four jockeys!
