Catterick Racecourse is pleased to announce The Fleece Hotel, Richmond as new sponsors for the 2018 Flat season Champion Trainer and Champion Owner Series.
Catterick’s leading Trainer and leading Owner at the end of the 2018 Flat season, will each win dinner, bed and breakfast for two people at the Fleece Hotel in Richmond, courtesy of The Fleece Hotel.
Fiona Needham, General Manager and Clerk of the Course at Catterick Racecourse said: “We’re thrilled to have The Fleece Hotel join us as sponsors this season and we are looking forward to working with them throughout the rest of the season.”
The winners of the Champion Trainer and Champion Owner Series’ will be announced at the end of the season and each winner will be presented with their prize at the final meeting of the 2018 Flat season, on Tuesday 30th October.
The Fleece Hotel is a boutique hotel, restaurant, bistro and cafe-bar located just off the Market Square of nearby town Richmond. The building itself has a rich history, with the earliest reference to the plot being in 1679. Now a Grade II listed building, The Fleece Hotel has been recently renovated and contains a number of characterful bedrooms, each with luxurious décor.
The current standings for our Champion Trainer series and champion owner are as follows, but with 8 fixtures remaining until the end of the season – it’s still all to play for!
