This meeting our Racing Careers Day. A behind the scenes tour will be taking place prior to racing for pre-registered students and Pony Club members. Racing to School, Careers in Racing and the Northern Racing College are joining us with informative stands and the Northern Racing College are also bringing a racing simulator for race goers to have a feel of what it’s like to ride a winner! In addition, the Go Racing in Yorkshire Roadshow will be in the Course Enclosure to keep any younger race goers entertained.
Tickets are still available to purchase online, and also at the gates on the day. A few spaces remain in the Winning Streak Restaurant – please contact the racecourse office if you would like to reserve a table.
If you are driving to the racecourse, please note that the Fort Bridge is now open. Racegoers can now leave the A1 at Junction 52 and follow the brown signs, which will lead them over the bridge and directly to the racecourse. The FREE shuttle bus will leave from Richmond Market Place (opposite the Town Hall Pub) at approx. 12.50pm, and will return again after the last race.
Please be aware that the building works have now started at the course, and so the entrance nearest to Catterick Bridge is no longer in use. The main entrance to the racecourse is now at the East (Catterick Village) end of the racecourse. Please click here to view a map of the current layout.
