Our 2024 Flat season continues tomorrow, featuring the William Hill Catterick Dash – our feature race of the season, plus we’ll be showing all the action from Champions Day at Ascot on the big screens.
Following a race division, we now have 8 races scheduled, please find the timings for the day below and a full list of runners & riders can be seen on the Racing TV website here or check out Raceday Ready for all your need-to-know information and tips.
- Gates open to public: 11.00am
- First race: 1.00pm
- Last race: 5.15pm
- Feature race: The William Hill Catterick Dash Handicap Stakes at 4.45pm
For those unable to attend, all of the racing action will also be available to watch live on Racing TV and each race will be uploaded onto the Racing TV player on our website here.

All the action from Champions Day at Ascot will be shown on the big screens, and Elena Larkin will be playing live throughout the afternoon outside Longshots Sports Bar. The Winning Streak Restaurant is fully booked tomorrow, but hot food is also available in Champions Bar & Buffet, Gods Solution Bar and Course Enclosure Bar, as well as the concession units. Picnics are welcome in the Course Enclosure only.
A free shuttle bus service is available from Richmond Town Centre to the racecourse. The shuttle bus leaves from Richmond Market Place, opposite the bus stop near the Town Hall Pub, approximately 1 hour prior to the first race and will return after the last race.
Due to redevelopment works on site, there will be traffic lights on the A6136 (Leeming Lane). Therefore, to avoid delays on arriving and exiting the racecourse, please use the A6055 and Catterick Road to access the Owners & Trainer’s/Hospitality Car Park and Course Enclosure and avoid arriving/leaving through Catterick Village.
For the main public car park, horsebox park, and Annual Card Holders & Accessible Parking, please arrive and leave through Catterick Village on the A6136 (Leeming Lane).
