Gates open to public: 11.40am
- First race: 1.40pm
- Last race: 4.45pm
- Feature race: The Yorkshire Dales Distillery Handicap at 2.40pm
For those unable to attend, all of the racing action will also be available to watch live on Racing TV and each race will be uploaded onto the Racing TV player on our website here.
The going is currently Good to Soft, Good in places; correct as of 9am on Tuesday 29th August.
The forecast tomorrow is for a sunny morning with some clouds in the afternoon and highs of 18 degrees. We have no formal dress code, so please dress for the weather! View the full forecast here.
Be sure to arrive early as the first 100 racegoers to visit the Yorkshire Dales Distillery stand will receive a complimentary Strawberry & Thai Basil cocktail! Prosecco offers will be available in the bars tomorrow – while you can save 50% on a quarter bottle by pre-ordering online here.
The Best Dressed Lady and Best Hat competitions will take place in the Winner’s Enclosure after the fourth race. We have some wonderful prizes on offer thanks to our sponsors Berber Leather, Holiday at Home and Fascination by Cherished. Find out more about the fashion competitions here.
There is also a chance to win a pair of Grandstand & Paddock admission tickets for a meeting of your choice in 2023 with the Raceday Ready Prize Draw!
Free children’s entertainment will be set up in the Course Enclosure, where picnics are also welcome.
Admission tickets are still available and can be purchased at the gates on the day. Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure tickets are £18 each, and the Course Enclosure is £7 per adult. Under 18’s are free of charge in both enclosures.
The free shuttle bus service from Richmond Town Centre to the racecourse has now restarted. The shuttle bus leaves from Richmond Market Place, just opposite the Town Hall Pub, approximately 1 hour prior to the first race and will return after the last race.
