Catterick's 2022 Flat Season has come to an end, and we have enjoyed some thrilling racing action throughout! We're now pleased to announce our Champion Owner, Trainer and Jockey for the season:
CHAMPION OWNER:
The Blackburn Family top the leading owner board, having enjoyed three wins early on in the season. Their victories came with VADAMIAH on 6th April, 20th April and 20th July.
CHAMPION TRAINER:
Paul Midgley won the Champion Trainer title having enjoyed early season success with VADAMIAH plus a double at our evening meeting on 20th May. The yard had seven wins in total at Catterick this season with VADAMIAH, BIRKENHEAD, MILITIA, MID WINSTER and GOOD LUCK FOX.
MILLBRY HILL CHAMPION JOCKEY:
Jason Hart stormed to victory in the Millbry Hill Champion Jockey title, with eight wins – including three double across the season! Jason’s wins came aboard COLINTON, BELUGA GOLD, FRAGRANCE, HAVEN LADY, GIFT OF RAAJ, YUKON MISSION, URBAN SPRAWL and MAGICAL EFFECT.
Jason wins a choice of shoes or boots from Fairfax & Favor, thanks to Millbry Hill.
