Catterick Racecourse is pleased to announce Millbry Hill as new sponsors for the 2018 Flat Season. Millbry Hill will be offering each winning jockey throughout the season a £20 voucher to spend at any of their four stores across North Yorkshire & Cumbria.
Millbry Hill is the UK’s leading independent family-run country store providing Equestrian supplies, pet products, country clothing, footwear and gifts. The company is part of the Armstrong Richardson Group – one of the oldest independent family-run Agricultural and Equestrian businesses in the country, dating back to 1925.
In addition, they will be donating a ‘grand prize’ to Catterick’s Champion Jockey at the end of the Flat season. The Champion Jockey series will run alongside the Champion Trainer & Owner series, which has been kindly sponsored by the Nag’s Head, Pickhill again this year.
Fiona Needham, General Manager and Clerk of the Course at Catterick Racecourse said: “We’re thrilled to have Millbry Hill join us as sponsors and we are looking forward to working with them throughout the coming Flat season.
“We’ve got 18 flat fixtures this year, so there will be plenty of action in the fight for Champion Jockey, and having a ‘grand prize’ for the winner will help provide the extra incentive for any jockeys looking to end the season on a high!”
The first fixture of the 2018 Flat season is the Easter Family day on Wednesday 4th April. Tickets are available to purchase now from the racecourse office and via the website www.catterickbridge.co.uk.
