Following the government Plan B announcement, Catterick Racecourse would like to update racegoers ahead of racing on 28 December and New Year’s Day.
Spectator capacity at both fixtures will be restricted to under 4,000 people. By restricting capacity, racegoers will not be obliged to show proof of vaccination or a negative lateral flow test to gain admission to the course.
Racegoers are advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment, as ticket availability on the day could be limited.
In addition, the racecourse is asking all racegoers to wear face masks indoors and in crowded areas (unless exempt), except whilst eating and drinking. Please do not travel to the racecourse if you feel unwell or develop symptoms and consider doing a lateral flow test prior to travelling. Catterick Racecourse offers a full refund to anyone who tests positive or is required to self-isolate, so please book with confidence but do not put your fellow racegoers at risk by travelling if you feel unwell.
