- Feature race: 1.20pm – The Come Racing New Year's Day Beginners' Chase.

Le Cateau School Choir will be welcoming race goers to the course with some carol singing from approx. 11:30am. Please do come along early and enjoy the carols! We will also have stands at the course from Berber Leather, La Fille Rouge and The Injured Jockeys Fund for any last minute Christmas gifts.
Tickets are still available to purchase online, and also at the gates on the day.
If you are driving to the racecourse, please note that the Fort Bridge is now open. Racegoers can now leave the A1 at Juction 52 and follow the brown signs, which will lead them over the bridge and directly to the racecourse. The FREE shuttle bus will leave from Richmond Market Place (opposite the Town Hall Pub) at approx. 11.20am, and will return again after the last race.
